Imagine getting an e-mail from Christ. Talk about priority mail! What a surprise! What would He say?
It's hard for us to imagine a personal note from Christ and the impact it would have. However, it happened to seven churches in Asia Minor, and we have the privilege of reading their mail in Revelation 2 and 3. This 7-lesson study of the messages to those churches reveals Christ in a unique way to each church and to churches today. On a more personal level, the message to each church relates to each believer. It's not "They got mail," but "You got mail!"

Richard Van Heukelum (DMin, Baptist Bible Seminary) is a pastor in Arizona. He previously led churches in Iowa, New York, and New Jersey and has preached in Bible conferences in and outside the U.S. Rich has also served on the Council of Eighteen of the General Association of Regular Baptist Churches. He and his wife, Lynette, have three adult children.
