BuildUP to Spiritual Maturity is an intentional plan to guide believers to grow in Christ in seven distinct areas. Each book in this series addresses one of those areas. The six Bible studies in each book will challenge new and mature believers who realize their need for continued growth. The studies may be used individually or in a small group setting. Several studies use NJKV.

Author Bio
H. Joseph Miller, a graduate of Moody Bible Institute and Grand Rapids Baptist College, had a rich background in Christian education and the pastorate. He pastored churches in New Jersey and Florida and later served as a church development consultant. In retirement, he remained active in ministry at Starkey Road Baptist Church in Seminole, Fla., teaching an Adult Bible Fellowship class and launching Helping Hands, which assists widows and single parents with household repairs. He went Home to be with the Lord in January 2017.
Pat Warren, now retired, served as assistant to her husband, David, when he was state representative of the Ohio Association of Regular Baptist Churches. They ministered to pastors, pastors' wives, and churches throughout Ohio. With an MA from Wright State University, Pat was an adjunct English instructor at Cedarville University. She and David live in Cedarville, Ohio, and have four adult children.
Valerie Wilson (DRE, Baptist Bible College of Pennsylvania) is a Christian educator who is active in children's and women's ministries in her church. She retired from Regular Baptist Press, Schaumburg, Ill., after 40 years of editorial and conference ministry. She continues to be involved in freelance curriculum writing.
Scott Greening is the ninth generation in his family to serve in ministry. He has served on the staff of established churches and is currently a church planter. Scott holds an MA from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School.
Alex Bauman (MDiv, Faith Baptist Theological Seminary) is director of educational resources and interim director for Regular Baptist Press. Alex is a seasoned veteran of educational ministry and curriculum development. He is responsible for overseeing the editorial work on all of RBP's curriculum product lines. Alex previously served as an assistant pastor at Urbandale (Iowa) Baptist Church.
Jim Dyet (ThD, Louisiana Baptist University) has been a pastor, writer, and editor. Now retired, he continues to serve the Lord through his writing and pulpit-supply ministry. He hones his own writing skills as he mentors students for the Jerry Jenkins Christian Writers Guild. Jim has written over 50 curriculum courses, 19 books, and hundreds of articles.
David Warren, now with the Lord, was state representative of the Ohio Association of Regular Baptist Churches, a pastor in Ohio, and a Bible professor at Cedarville University and Faith Baptist Bible College. David earned a ThM from Dallas Seminary and was awarded an honorary DDiv from Grand Rapids Theological Seminary.
Dawn Bauman has a varied teaching background that enables her to assist Regular Baptist Press in developing children's curriculum. She began her career as a second grade teacher and has been a homeschool supervisor, preschool teacher, children's choir director, Sunday School teacher and superintendent, and a teacher at Christian Youth Theater in suburban Chicago. She and her husband, Alex, have three children.
