J. Murray Murdoch (PhD, Northwestern University) is senior professor emeritus of history at Cedarville University. He was formerly the men's tennis coach at Cedarville and still enjoys participating in the sport. He is the chairman of the Men's National Tournament Committee and a member of the board of directors of the Intercollegiate Tennis Association. In addition to these responsibilities, Dr. Murdoch pastors Grace Fellowship Church, Westerville, Ohio.
