    A 13-week summer curriculum for all ages for June, July, and August. Please place your order after March 1. Summer materials begin shipping in April.

Summer 2010 Curriculum Overview: Cradle Club
    Age: Newborn to 2 years

    Objectives: Providing competent care and a loving introduction to Jesus in the church nursery and introducing Biblical truth to homes with newborn children.

Summer 2010 Curriculum Overview: 2's & 3's (KJV)

Description:

  • Thirteen weekly two-hour teaching sessions (Sunday School and Extended Session)
  • Interactive teaching options
  • Teaching tips for novice teachers
  • Activities for guided play time

  • Title: God's World

    Bible Truths: God's World Begins (creation and seasons); People in God's world (Adam and Eve; the first family)

    Bible Passages: Genesis; Job; Psalms; Song of Solomon

    Course Description: These two units will help twos and threes learn that God made the world and everything in it. The children will be encouraged to thank God for making the world - and them!

    Description:

    • Thirteen weekly two-hour teaching sessions (Sunday School and Church Time)

    • Exciting application stories

      Title: Joseph; David; Jonah

      Bible Truths: Joseph (from new coat to prince of Egypt); David (from shepherd boy to king); Jonah

      Bible Passages: Genesis; 1, 2 Samuel; 1 Chronicles; Psalms; Jonah

      Course Description: Learning about Joseph, David, and Jonah will help pre-primary children know how to obey God. They will be encouraged to show love for God by obeying.

    Course Description: Primary students will understand what the church is and the meaning of baptism and Communion. They will learn how missionary Paul served the Lord and developed a concept of how they also can live for God and serve Him.
